Why does the product click counter not work?
Why does the product click counter not work?
In most cases, a TYPO3 backend session is active in another browser tab or window. The product click counter does not count clicks while the user is logged into the TYPO3 backend.
To test the counter correctly, make sure you are fully logged out of the backend or use a separate browser or private window.
