Using the TYPO3 advent calendar externally (as iframe or subdomain)

Not using TYPO3 or your TYPO3 version is incompatible? No problem - you can integrate our TYPO3 advent calendar as an iframe or via a subdomain.

Simply install our TYPO3 advent calendar extension in a fresh TYPO3 instance. We are happy to provide this fully preconfigured, so that you can get started right away.

To integrate the advent calendar successfully on your website, you simply need to create a subdomain (eg adventskalender.domain.tld) and set the domain's A-record to the IP of the TYPO3 instance - your visitors won't even notice that the advent calendar is not actually on your page. Alternatively, you can display the subdomain or the address of the TYPO3 instance in an iframe or a modal / lightbox on your website

The environments we provide are located on a high performance server in Germany. You have full access to the TYPO3 instance (SSH, FTP, SFTP, TYPO3 Admin), so you can configure and design everything as you wish. Of course, if you need support we are happy to help.

It's a good idea to set up a second email/SMTP account that can be used to send mail within the TYPO3 instance. This will reduce the spam rating of your advent calendar emails.
