Prices and price calculation
Calculating Prices with Default Price Calculation
- Basic price per booking (basis_price)
- Basic price per day (price_per_day)
- Basic price per person (price_per_person)
- Tax (tax)
Example calculation
- Basic price per booking: €0
- Basic price per day: €100
- Basic price per person: €0
- Tax: 19%
- Days: 3
- => (3 €100) + €0 = €300 1.19 = €357
Example - holiday home in Florida
- Basic Price: €2,400 (Option: including occupants per extra day 342.85)
- Min. occupancy: 2
- Max. occupancy: 6
- Price per person: €210 (calculation based on number of occupants above the minimum)

Supplementary costs
Supplementary costs can be of the following types:
- einmalig auf Summe (one-off payment added to total price) This supplementary cost is added to the total at the end. It can be an amount or calculated as a percentage. If several costs of this type have been specified, these will be added to the total in order. This supplementary cost is a good way of calculating tax on the final price.
- einmalig in Positionen (per item) This supplementary cost is calculated per item. At the moment this can only be set as an amount. This could be used for the cleaning at the end of the stay
- pro Nacht & pro Person auf Summe (per night & per person - added to end total) This supplementary cost is added to the total at the end. It can only be set as an amount. This could be used for visitor's tax.
