The following requirements must be fulfilled so that we can effectively keep your TYPO3 instance up to date and secure monitoring can be carried out.

Your TYPO3 instance must be compatible with a current TYPO3 LTS version.
If backups are required, sufficient storage space must be provided.
A cron job must be available that runs the TYPO3 scheduler at least every 15 minutes.
SSH access must be provided.¹
A TYPO3 admin login must be made available.
The TYPO3 instance must have an SSL certificate for all domains used.
