If the Openimmo software provider used only transfers the kaltmiete field and not the nettokaltmiete field, the associated search filter for the kaltmiete may not work.In this case, the checkbox for "Import-Mapping: Transfer Kaltmiete to Nettokaltmiete during import" simply needs to be set in the extension configuration so that the value from kaltmiete is written to nettokaltmiete during the import.
