In this version we introduced:
- gender field for the download receiver. This can be a select-box in frontend.
- title field for the download receiver. This can be a select-box or an input field in frontend.
- a second newsletter checkbox for the receiver.
- a second connection for the receiver, so that the second newsletter checkbox is able to push into another data storage
If you've overridden the DisplayFormFluid-Template, you need to insert the new introduced fields.
