Installation

Install the extension by using composer (composer req codingms/quiz) or the Extensionmanager.
Include the static templates of the extension in your base template.
Create a data container in the page tree - optionally you can select a page tree icon in the page properties via Behaviour -> Contains Plugin.
Create a new quiz record in your data container - it's very simple.
Create a "Quiz" plugin and select the quiz record from the previous step.

Done — the first quiz should now be ready to use.
